1st Lost Tooth

March 31 was an exciting day in our house: Kyler lost his very first tooth! It had been loose for awhile but we weren't sure if it would come out on it's own or need assistance because his permanent teeth were already coming in behind the baby teeth. Luckily for Kyler, he was able to wiggle it enough to loosen it for it to come out on it's own.

He was so excited to go to bed that night so the next morning he could see what the tooth fairy left him. Of course he doesn't believe in the tooth fairy. In the morning when he found his $1, he told us he knew that we were the tooth fairy and to stop acting like we weren't! :) We have never talked to him about Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, the Easter Bunny, etc. to say they are or aren't real. But he is just too practical in his thinking to believe these characters are actually true. It's pretty funny. I haven't confirmed for him that I am the one who left him money, but he still knows.
