On September 2-3, Greg took Kyler camping. They went with Greg's best friend, Ryan and his son, Brayden (Kyler's best friend). They had such a great time! I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have approved of the choices of food, lack of sleep, and lack of supervision, if I had been there. However, everyone came home alive and happy! I think it is good for the boys to have time away with the dads to do what boys do best and what we moms don't always allow! :)
The boys had a really hard time settling down to go to sleep that night because they were so wound up. But once they were asleep, things went fairly smoothly. In the morning, they were up early and ready to get going on a fun day of exploring and rafting down the river.
What great memories they made that weekend. :)
